Our Team Goals
Our first goal besides providing our patients with the latest treatment that dentistry has to offer. Is that we make you feel welcome and that you enjoy your appointment with us. Some of our team members have been with Dr. Craig for over three years, as well as some are new and bringing positive energy to the team and office. We hope to keep serving all your dental needs for years to come.
Dr. Bryon Craig
I love my job! After graduating from dental school in 2005, I returned home to Washington and took over the practice from my childhood dentist in Monroe. In 2013 - 2018, I expanded the practice to Redmond. The best part of my job is that I get to work with amazing staff to build great relationships with our patients and their families, while also helping them have the healthiest smiles possible.
Many of my patients have been coming to me for years. They are the heart and soul of my practice, and they deserve the same advice, consultation, and care I’d recommend for my own family. I know first-hand how uncomfortable some people find dental visits, so it is a priority for me and my staff to ensure the most positive, gentle experience possible.
Along with providing the gentlest care, my philosophy is to treat conservatively where possible and prepare for more aggressive care only when necessary. I always strive to achieve the best outcome while providing the best value to my patients.
I graduated with honors from the University of Southern California School of Dentistry in 2005, where I was awarded an academic achievement award for excellence and inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon, a highly selective national dental honor society.
Technology moves fast, and it is crucial to stay up to date. To provide our patients with the best dental care, my staff and I take numerous continuing education classes every year to stay current on the latest materials, techniques, and equipment.
I recently learned to sail and am fulfilling a life-long dream of buying an old boat to fix up. I also enjoy wood working, landscaping, and hiking trails with my amazing rescue dog, Cash, who sometimes comes to supervise us at the Monroe practice.

Ali - Front Office
Ali was born and raised in Kirkland but is a southern girl at heart. She spent 5 years in the south before returning to the Pacific Northwest. Her main goal is to make sure every patient feels comfortable, welcome & leaves with only the greatest experience. She is also an RDA. In Ali's spare time she loves to watch football, fish, spend time with her family & snuggle by the fire with her hairless cat.
